Co-founder and CEO Justin Van Peursem leads MVP drawing on his many years of experience working in the financial equipment industry. Justin combines the smart leadership styles of leading by example fused with strong hands on guidance. His company wide emphasis on integrity, quality of workmanship and attention to the customer needs, forges a clear path forward for team MVP to follow.

Mike Stropes

Mike co-founded MVP in 2000 with a vision of creating a worldwide exchange for bank equipment. Mike is a relationship based salesperson, always putting his customers interest first. That is the principle on which MVP was founded, and that Mike continues to lead by today.

With a background in international finance, Shannon brings valuable financial management experience to the MVP leadership team and applies sound fiscal oversight to all of the company’s key areas of operation.

Bringing her background in customer service to MVP in 2018, Anitra fully immersed herself in the ATM market to provide the highest level of sales support to our customers. Anitra compounds knowledge of ATMs and parts through hands on application and troubleshooting.

Customer Service & Project Manager

Since joining MVP in 2007, Denny has been an indispensable asset to our support team. Denny is highly regarded by the company’s leadership team and MVP customers alike for his in-depth product knowledge and understanding of the need for equipment to remain continuously operational.

Brad Andres

Field Service Manager

With over 34 years experience as an ATM service technician, Brad supports a 99% average uptime on our customers ATM fleets. Certified by multiple equipment manufacturers including NCR and CIMA, Brad specializes in diagnosing root issues and delivering swift and effective service solutions.

Darius Junius

Technical Support & Training

Darius joined the production team at our Operations and Refurbishment facility in 2018. Bringing with him years of experience as an ATM service technician, Darius has helped to refine our refurbishment processes and technical development program. As our lead production technician, Darius provides technical training and support for our staff, upholding quality at all levels of our production process.
